American Business Solutions, Inc. (ABS) is an independent reseller of imaging and printing solutions and Managed Print Service (MPS) provider. Since 1982, ABS has provided best-in-class products and systems to improve document workflow and increase operating efficiencies for businesses locally, regionally and nationwide. In 2007, ABS began offering managed print services programs to all end-user markets – commercial and public sectors. ABS upholds its commitment to providing high quality, industry-leading printing, and imaging solutions from leading manufacturers such as HP, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark and Zebra Technologies.
Founded in 1982 by Charles Taylor, ABS originally specialized in typewriter and copier supplies. However, as technology evolved, so did the company. ABS is now a multi-state service provider that helps clients understand and control the costs associated with printing and imaging. While ABS has grown significantly since its beginning, the company proudly remembers its heritage and continues to operate in its original traditions – guided by integrity, a commitment to quality products, and a willful desire to please.

Founder / Consultant
Founded ABS in 1982
Chuck served as the President of ABS for almost 40 years. In 2021, he felt that it was time to take more of a mentorship roll within the company. With his expertise and experience, he now guides ABS as a consultant and a member of its board of directors.
